Conference pre-registration deadline January 15, 2011.
Optional registration items:
The online registration form is closed as of midnight, January 31. All registrations from this point on must be done onsite at the conference (February 11-13). We are also no longer taking requests for workshops. A limited number of extra boxed lunch tickets and T-shirts will be available onsite at the registration desk (first come, first served).
Registration for the optional Hilo field trip on the island of Hawaii is separate. More information can be found on the Hilo Field Study website.
Registration hours at the conference:
The conference venue is the Hawai‘i Imin International Conference Center (aka Jefferson Hall) located on the University of Hawai‘i at MaŻnoa campus. The registration desk will be out front on Friday (7:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m.) to accommodate the anticipated large crowds but will move downstairs to the Wailana Room on Saturday (8 a.m.-4 p.m.) and Sunday (8 a.m.-noon)
