Internet for Language Learning: Development Strategies

The challenges faced by teachers of the LCTLs are immense, but so are the opportunities to introduce current methodology and digital technology to language instruction. There are limited human as well as material resources in the LCTL fields. To take advantage of the opportunities the digital space offers for language learning, collaboration of colleagues in language specific fields is imperative and development strategies need to be worked out.
