Swahili-L: An Internet Model for Less Commonly Taught Languages

This presentation focuses on the development of Swahili-L list service.
Created in 1992 at the request of a teacher of Swahili, Swahili-L now
distributes messages to over 250 subscribers around the world,
Discussions will include features of the software, recruitment of
subscribers, applications for teaching reading, writing, and culture, and current issues.
