Registration for SLRF 2008 includes:
* Conference program packet
* Admission to conference sessions and exhibits
* Opening reception Friday evening
* Complimentary coffee service throughout the conference
* Limited shuttle service between conference hotels and the conference venue

Before you register, please read these important notes:
* REGISTER EARLY: We encourage early registration, as there is limited space for conference events. Availability of On-Site Registration is NOT guaranteed!

* CANCELLATION POLICY: No refunds will be given after August 15, 2008. Email notification (nflrc@hawaii.edu) of cancellation received by August 15, 2008 will result in refund minus a $10 administrative fee.

* LUNCH: Optional boxed lunches are available for purchase. Because dining services in the vicinity of the University of Hawaii campus will be limited (especially on Saturday and Sunday), we recommend that you register for lunch now. See options and prices on the registration form. Tickets must be purchased in advance, by no later than August 15, to ensure availability.

* SOCIAL EVENT: There will be one optional pay event for those interested. The Saturday Evening Social will be hosted at an on-campus venue, and it will feature banquet-style food, non-alcoholic drinks, and live Hawaiian music, all included in the price of admission (Note: alcoholic drinks can be purchased at the bar). Transportation back to the Waikiki conference hotels after the event will also be provided. Tickets must be purchased in advance, by no later than August 15, to ensure availability.

* TRAVEL and ACCOMMODATIONS: Participants must make their own travel and accommodation plans. We have negotiated reasonable conference rates with several hotels in Waikiki, as well as with dorm rooms on the University of Hawaii campus. 1. Download the conference registration form. You must complete 2 pages. Click [here] for the registration form.
You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader to open the file. If you do not already have Adobe Reader on your computer, you may download it for free from the Adobe website.

2. Complete the fillable form, making sure to mark all the options you wish to purchase (as instructed). Payments must be in US dollars. Acceptable forms of payment include international money orders, traveler's cheques, and checks drawn on U.S. banking institutions (made payable to "RCUH 2379"), or with a credit card (Visa or Mastercard only). Cash will only be accepted for on-site registrations.

3. Send your completed form and payment by August 15, 2008 to enjoy special conference pre-registration rates!
