YAO ZHANG HILL is an Assessment Specialist for the UHM Assessment Office, which collaborates with faculty, staff, students, and administrators to establish meaningful, manageable, and sustainable assessment for its programs. Dr. Hill has presented and published widely, offering numerous engaging workshops on various assessment topics. She is involved in the evaluation aspects of the model projects the NFLRC is constructing and she serves as guest lecturer in the NFLRC intensive summer institutes.
