Federal funding for the Title VI Language Resource Center (LRC) Program has been abruptly discontinued after 35 years of work in world language education.     JUE WANG is a graduate assistant at the Center for Language & Technology. He earned his MA in the Department of Second Language Studies, and is now pursuing his PhD in the same department. He has taught a range of ESL and Chinese language courses, as well as content courses on language learning. His research focuses on the interplay between linguistic theory and second language acquisition, with particular emphasis on how syntax and syntactic processing affect second language development.
