§ Prepare to role-play a postal clerk in a US post office serving Mandarin speakers. What questions will you want to ask your customers based on what you see in the dialogue? Topics: mailing options and prices, speed of different options, stamp prices.

Writing Hanzi: based on the final two situational writings in IC W L19 (asking the friend from Taiwan about Taiwan postal services, and answering the friend from Taiwan about US postal services). Reading: cloze test based on lesson texts. Writing: based on IC W L19 IV Section Two. Situational language use: based heavily on IC W L19 IV Sec One Letter H (the translation questions).
