Mon 5/4 § In class, we will be beginning the Test of Chinese Writing Proficiency, which will extend over two class periods. (It will be gathered and re-distributed the next period.) Individual students at Manoa will be pulled out of class for oral interviews.

§ TONIGHT: Go over Tests 1 through 5 from this term. If you are less than completely sure how to correct any of the items therein, including problems in your Hanzi writing, note the item on a list and save your list for class on Wednesday.

Tues 5/5 § We will continue with the Test of Chinese Writing Proficiency and with individual oral interviews.Those finishing the Writing Test ahead of time will remain in class, using the time to review and QUIETLY consult with others who have finished.

Wed 5/6 § Last day of class! Today is the day to deal with questions from past tests (or other questions) and to complete evaluations of the course.

5/13 § FINAL EXAM at usual class location, 7:30 - 9:30 am. The final exam, which will be all multiple-choice, will include listening, listening-and-speaking, reading of book texts and authentic texts, usage/grammar, and word definitions.
