Rebecca (Becky) Dingle is a graduate assistant working as the managing editor of the Language Learning & Technology academic journal. They are a second-year MA student in Korean Literature in the department of East Asian Languages and Literatures. Prior to coming to the University of Hawai’i at Mānoa, Becky earned their BA in applied linguistics and Asian studies at the University at Buffalo in upstate New York. Their research interests include Korean women writers, cultural exchange through media, translation, metaphor, genre literature, and minority activism through genre literature.
