    Ashleigh Surma

    Ashleigh Surma is a PhD student in the Linguistics Department at UHM specializing in language documentation and conservation. She is specializes in the documentation and revitalization of endangered languages, focusing much of her research on the Indigenous languages of North America, specifically Dene languages in northern Canada and Alaska.
