Federal funding for the Title VI Language Resource Center (LRC) Program has been abruptly discontinued after 35 years of work in world language education.     Teresa Maria Włosowicz

    Teresa Maria Włosowicz studied English Philology at the University of Silesia and obtained her Ph.D. in linguistics in parallel from the University of Silesia and Université de Strasbourg (in the ‘co-tutelle’ system). She currently teaches at the University of Economics and Humanities in Bielsko-Biała (her main affiliation), and at WSB University in Dąbrowa Górnicza. Her research interests include psycholinguistics, multilingualism, language acquisition, translation studies, Business English, intercultural communication and applied linguistics in general.
