Group dynamics is one of the most, if not the most, important areas for teachers who wish to create a well functioning, interactively supportive classroom for language learning. The presentation in this video looks briefly at the recent research and theory in the area and the practical aspects of dealing with forming, transition, performing, and closing with groups.
